SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

As part of receiving nutrition coaching with Sam Thompson Nutrition, you are required to pay a monthly subscription service. Each client agrees to pay Sam Thompson Nutrition a relevant subscription fee via standing order for the preceding month. Each client authorizes Sam Thompson Nutrition to automatically debit the payment source or mechanism associated with his or her registered account for each payment. Refunds are made at the discretion of Sam Thompson Nutrition and in accordance with any relevant laws. Automatic debits shall continue unless the user terminates the standing order.
