Mocha Overnight Oats

This is one of my favourite overnight oat breakfasts. So easy to make and taste great. Perfect if you need something to 'grab and go' first thing in the morning.







Ingredients


60g Rolled Oats

200ml Milk or Dairy Free Milk

1 Tsp Cocoa Powder

200ml Brewed Coffee

100g Berries

25g Whey Protein*


*Optional for an extra dose of protein. Alternatively add 100g Greek Yogurt.




Method


Brew a cup of coffee and allow time for it to cool.


Mix the milk with the whey protein (if using) and cocoa powder then pour over the oats, mixing well.


Once the coffee has brewed, pour it over the oat mix and stir well.


Place in the fridge overnight and top with fresh or frozen berries.
